The Beijing race weekend of the 2017 China GT Championship has already come to an end. Not content with their stellar performance in the GT3 class, the formidable KINGS team have also decided to take on the GTC class this year.
The #10 Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo will be representing the KINGS team in the GTC class. All of their drivers are active in the domestic racing scene and have experience in both rally and track driving, with Jiang Shiling and Li Huan completing their line-up.
In round one, the GTC and GT4 teams competed continuously, with only 5 of the 12 cars in the GTC class finishing the race. Jiang Shiling and Li Huan persevered, finishing the race in fifth place with only some slight damage on the nose of the car. In round two, the #10 KINGS car accidentally veered off of the tracks, damaging their chances of gaining ground.
Their powerful performance in the GT3 races has already put KINGS on the map, but will they prove to be as strong in the GTC races? Tune in to the next race weekend to find out!
