Two months before the 2017 China GT season opener at Beijing Goldenport, FAW T2M has announced its entry of two 2017 Porsche 911 GT3R’s.  

The recently created FAW Tier 2 Motorsport (FAW T2M) is operated by the newly formed Porsche Motorsport 911 GT3 R Official Team – HubAuto. The team has put together a strong lineup behind the wheel in the China GT Championship, with Morris Chen and Jeffery Chiang pairing in one car, whilst Hiroki Yoshimoto joins forces with Will Bamber. 

As China’s premier motor racing series, China GT is more than just a premier sporting property for drivers and teams, but also a platform for teams and sponsors to enhance their profile as well as utilize to expand market share in their respective industry.

FAW T2M aims to clinch a top 3 position in the championship and nurture young talent as they learn from their more experienced peers. Chinese motor sports has advanced significantly in recent years and produced a number of high performing Chinese teams and drivers, some of which now form part of the better managed teams in Asia.  We believe that this year’s China GT Championship will be much more competitive and exciting!
